A pure engineer can build what you ask for but can't tell you if it's the right thing for the business. A pure advisor can strategize but has never shipped the thing they're advising on. I'm both. I've built and run my own company for nine years, and I still write the code. So when we make a call together, the technical choice and the business choice get made at the same time, by the same person.

You have one decision that needs senior judgment now. An architecture review, a hiring call, a build-vs-buy decision, a second opinion before you commit. We go deep on that one thing and you leave with a clear, honest answer you can act on. Best when the problem is specific and bounded.
Ongoing advisory
A senior technical mind on call, without a full engagement. Monthly working sessions plus access in between, so the decisions that come up as you build get a considered answer instead of a guess. Best for founders who mostly need direction and a sounding board, not hands on the keyboard.
