These terms govern your use of hmnayem.com and the services offered through it. By booking a call or engaging the retainer, you agree to them.

The service

HM Nayem offers a paid strategy call and a monthly Fractional CTO retainer. What each includes, and its price, is described on the site and confirmed before any payment is taken.

The strategy call

The strategy call is a paid 60-minute session. Its fee is credited toward your first month if you go on to the retainer. Sessions can be rescheduled with reasonable notice.

The retainer

The Fractional CTO retainer is a monthly engagement with a three-month minimum, billed each month. After the minimum term, either party may end the engagement with reasonable written notice.

Payments & refunds

Payments are handled securely by Stripe. The strategy-call fee is non-refundable once the session has taken place. Retainer fees already paid for a current month are non-refundable.

Confidentiality & intellectual property

Information shared during an engagement is treated as confidential by both parties. Recommendations and work product created for you become yours on payment; the content of this site remains the property of HM Nayem.

Liability & governing law

Advice is given in good faith and to a professional standard, but final decisions remain yours. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in question. These terms are governed by the laws of [your jurisdiction].
