A multimillion-dollar business was running on one spreadsheet

The problem

Royal Case was running a multimillion dollar operation on a single 5KB Google Sheet. More than a hundred products, around forty columns of colors, sizes, price tiers, and competitor data, all edited live by fifty or more salespeople. It was the source of truth, and it was one wrong click away from falling apart. Every quote meant digging through that sheet by hand: find the product, check the variations, look up the competitor, work out the price. That was hours of someone's day, every day, with nothing protecting the data underneath it.

What I built

I was not hired when I first saw this. They invited me in to look at how they worked, and I understood the problem well enough that the prototype I proposed is what won me the project. It was not the interface that convinced them. It was that the design solved the thing they felt every single day. From there I designed the product and built it: a permissioned admin panel with 2FA sitting on top of their data, a proper product catalog, and a quoting workflow to replace the spreadsheet hunt. I shipped the first version in four weeks and kept it deliberately to the features that would make their day easier right away, nothing they did not need yet.

The result

What used to take hours now takes seconds. Checking a product or researching a competitor is close to instant, and the data is no longer one fat-fingered edit away from breaking. The quote engine is still growing, and the company keeps coming back with the next thing they want built. I design, ship, and maintain it.
